OriginStamp on Tour: Our Day at Europa-Park

A look back at our team’s trip to Europa-Park – from an early start to an evening dinner filled with games, roller coasters, and lunch at Spices.

The Big Day: June 3, 2025

On June 3, 2025, the moment finally arrived: The OriginStamp AG "Attendance Marble Challenge" had officially ended, and that meant one thing – we could all pack our daypacks and head out for a full day at Europa-Park!

Early Departure

Our day started bright and early at 6 AM. The still half-asleep team gathered at the Rothaus and began our pilgrimage to Rust.

Action-Packed Morning

Upon arriving at the park, a few team members introduced the games they had come up with for the day. The first game involved splitting into groups and finding specific locations in the park shown in a set of photos. Once found, the groups had to recreate the photo with everyone in it. The team that found the most locations by the end of the day would win.

The second game was more strategic – and if we're being honest, a bit sneaky. Each of us drew a slip of paper with the name of another team member. The mission: successfully hand that person an object at some point during the day. If they accepted it, they were eliminated and had to pass their target slip on to their "eliminator." The ideal outcome was to have only one person remaining at the end of the day.
(Spoiler: it didn’t quite work out that way.)

The starting shot was fired – and within seconds, Thomas was swiftly eliminated by Friedrich, even before we’d entered the park.

We spent the morning riding roller coasters – both mild and thrilling – participating in the photo challenge with varying levels of enthusiasm (depending on the group), and treating anyone offering us an item with deep suspicion, even if it was just for safekeeping during a ride.

Here’s a rare example of a successful photo for the challenge:

## Lunch at Spices Restaurant

At midday, we all met up at the Spices restaurant in the Adventure Land area for a delicious Indian lunch. Being gathered in one place again provided the perfect opportunity for some of us to very cleverly eliminate our target person.

Afternoon Thrills

Fueled up and re-energized, we kept the momentum going – riding one coaster after another at full speed. The occasional water ride offered a much-needed cooldown in between.

Fabian (COO, Co-Founder & Management): “For me, the rafting ride was a definite highlight. And it was amazing to see how the team bonded and grew throughout the day.”

Rafting

As the grand finale, we headed to the Voltron Nevera – Europa-Park’s newest roller coaster. We’d intentionally saved it for last, and even the most die-hard coaster fans were looking a little pale afterward.

Wrapping Up

At the end of the day, we gathered one last time in the parking lot and decided to round things off with a relaxed dinner. We met again at a local döner spot, with the meal generously sponsored by our CEO, Friedrich.

Thomas (Co-Founder & Management): “It was an incredible day, but honestly, the vibe the next day was even better. You could really feel that the ice had broken – the team felt closer. That’s what real team spirit feels like.”
