For us, sustainability is a central component of our actions. As a growing company, we look to future generations – and act responsibly today.

Our sustainable measures
Despite low CO₂ emissions in the IT sector, we place great importance on resource conservation. We carefully select our data centers based on energy efficiency and green electricity to minimize our ecological footprint.
Our employees are at the center: Flexible working hours, ergonomic workplaces, and regular one-on-one conversations promote health and growth. On Tuesdays, there's company-subsidized lunch. With internal 'Let's Learn' sessions, we support personal development.
Beyond that, we invest in our community and focus on inclusion. We support initiatives like Code4Students and enable leave for voluntary children's holiday camps. Instead of Christmas gifts, we donate to institutions like Ekkharthof. Starting in 2025, we want to offer internships for people with disabilities and integrate them into the team long-term.

Innovation is our core. As inventors of blockchain archiving and an e-archiving system with chatbot, we make cutting-edge technologies available to a broad economy.

Planned is a cooperation with Brüggli in Romanshorn to integrate people with disabilities into our work environment. We create spaces for experimentation and open our team to everyone.
The Path to the Future
We're not perfect yet, but highly motivated. Inspired by organizations like Brüggli in Romanshorn and Ekkharthof in Lengwil, we're integrating more inclusion step by step. For 2025, we want to offer internships to integrate people with disabilities into our teams long-term. We frame our sustainability goals in OKRs to make them measurable and binding.
